No person shall carry away or remove, or break, deface, destroy or otherwise injure any monument, tombstone, tree, shrub or flower, railing, fence or any other property, article or thing belonging to Walnut Hill Cemetery or any cemetery within the city or placed or erected therein for ornament or otherwise; or trespass upon or maltreat any grave or lot.
