§ 91.02 BOARD; APPOINTMENT AND DUTIES.
   (A)   Appointment of Board. The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council, shall appoint a board of three persons who shall be known as the Cemetery Board of Managers, who shall hold their office for a period of two years or until their successors are appointed.

   (B)   Powers of Board. The Cemetery Board of Managers shall have the powers and authority provided by 60 ILCS 130/1 to 130/3.
