(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In addition to the specified penalties herein, any person violating any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.13 of this chapter may be prosecuted and found guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $750, and relinquishment of ownership of the involved animal(s).
