(A) Employees who have completed one year of service with the employer shall receive two weeks’ vacation with pay per year. Employees who have completed seven years of service with the employer shall receive three weeks’ vacation with pay per year. Employees who have completed 12 years of service with the employer shall receive four weeks’ vacation with pay per year.
(B) Vacation lists are to be posted as of March 15 of each year and remain posted until April 15 of each year. Employees shall select their vacations according to seniority, and any employee not selecting his or her vacation by April 15 shall have his or her vacation scheduled by the department head.
(C) Appointed officers’ vacations shall be designated by the Mayor.
