It shall be unlawful for any driver of a vehicle to stand a passenger vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary for the loading of or unloading of passengers, in any place designated as a loading zone and marked as such. In accordance with the provisions of § 74.08 of this traffic code, the following streets are hereby designated as loading zones:
