§ 74.18 PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES PARKING.
   (A)   No person shall park a car in a parking zone set forth in Ch. 76, Schd. VII, of this code of ordinances below unless they have a persons with disabilities parking sticker issued pursuant to 625 ILCS.

   (B)   (1)   It shall be prohibited to park any motor vehicle which is not bearing registration plates or decals issued to a persons with disabilities, as defined in 625 ILCS 5/1-159.1, pursuant to 625 ILCS 5/3-616 or 625 ILCS 5/11-1301.2, or to a disabled veteran pursuant to 625 ILCS 5/3-609, as evidence that the vehicle is operated by, or for a persons with disabilities, or a disabled veteran, in any parking place, including any private or public off-street parking facility specifically reserved for motor vehicles bearing such registration plates or decals.
      (2)   The parking privileges for motor vehicles bearing registration plates or decals issued to a persons with disabilities or a disabled veteran shall also include motor vehicles registered in another jurisdiction upon which is displayed a registration plate, special decal or device issued by another jurisdiction designating the vehicle as operated by, or for a persons with disabilities.
      (3)   The police may remove or cause to be removed to the nearest garage or other place of safety any vehicle parked within a stall or space reserved for use by persons with disabilities or disabled veterans, which does not display disabled registration plates or a special decal or device as required under this division (B)(3).
