§ 74.14 PARKING PROHIBITED AT TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   When signs are erected or the area otherwise marked giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Ch. 76, Schd. I, of this code of ordinances.
