(A) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale or lease, or to park any vehicle upon any street from which vehicle merchandise is peddled or sold.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, partnership, corporation or any other legal entity in the business of selling, leasing or renting automobiles, trucks or other motor vehicles, to allow any automobile, truck or other motor vehicles owned or possessed by them to be parked on any street in front of, to the rear of, or adjacent to their place of business for a period of time longer than 30 minutes.
