§ 73.48 DISOBEYING TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   (A)   No driver of a vehicle shall disobey the instructions of any official traffic-control device unless at the time otherwise directed by a police officer.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to leave the roadway and travel across private property to avoid a traffic-control device.
