§ 73.19 UNATTENDED VEHICLES.
   (A)   No vehicle shall be left unattended while the motor of such vehicle is running; and no vehicle shall be left without a driver on any hill or incline unless the vehicle is secured against moving.
   (B)   Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle unattended upon any bridge or roadway where such vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic, such officer is hereby authorized to provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety.
