§ 73.17 TRAFFIC NOT TO BE OBSTRUCTED.
   (A)   No vehicle or train shall be operated or allowed to remain upon any street in such a manner as to form an unreasonable obstruction to the traffic thereon and not longer than the amount of time allowed by state statute.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall also apply to railway crossing gates.
