§ 70.002 CLASSIFICATION OF VEHICLES.

   For the purposes of this traffic code, motor vehicles shall be divided into two divisions, to-wit:

   (A)   First Division: vehicles which are designed for the carrying of not more than seven persons; and

   (B)   Second Division: those vehicles which are designed and used for pulling or carrying freight and also vehicles designed and used for carrying more than seven persons.
