§ 30.18 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings of the City Council may be called by the Mayor or any three Aldermen, by giving at least 24 hours’ notice thereof, by delivering to them personally, or by leaving written or printed notices of the time of such meeting at the residences of the Aldermen.
