Upon completion of the project after all required testing has been done, a final inspection will be made by city personnel. The final inspection will not be conducted until “record” plans are submitted. Final inspection will be made at the requests of the owner. A list of material and workmanship defects, if any, will be forwarded to the owner. Defects noted must be corrected and a reinspection made before acceptance. Improvements found not as depicted on the submitted “record” plans shall be rejected.
