§ 50.038 TESTING.
   An air leakage test and deflection test shall be performed in accordance with Standard Specification for Water and Sewer Main Construction in Illinois (latest edition). All tests shall be conducted in the presence of a representative of the city. Twenty-four hour’s notice shall be given prior to commending any tests.
