§ 34.097 AMENDMENT TO REGISTRATION.

   (A)   An interested party may amend its registration by giving written notice to the City Clerk by certified mail of any of the following:

      (1)   A change in address for notice purposes;

      (2)   In the case of organizations, a change in the name of the contact person; and

      (3)   A termination of registration.

   (B)   Upon receipt of such notice, the City Clerk shall revise the applicable registry accordingly.
