(A) The application for such license for the business or managing, conducting, operating or carrying on a public garage shall specify the location of the building or place in which it is proposed to keep such public garage, the construction of such building, the number of stories in such building and the number of square feet of each of the stories in such building.
(B) Every such application shall be approved by the Fire Department and the Mayor before a license shall be issued.
