§ 33.101 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this administrative procedure is to provide a fair and efficient method for determining the eligibility of a fu11-time employee for the benefits enumerated under the Illinois Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (PSEBA) (820 ILCS 320/1 et seq.) through an administrative process, including if necessary, an administrative hearing.
