§ 32.180 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.
   There is hereby established a General and Community Assistance Department that shall be administered by the Director of Human Resources and Community Development for the purpose of providing general and community assistance to city residents in need, in express recognition of the dissolution of Belleville Township as of 11:59 p.m., May 15, 2017.
