§ 33.069 ANNUAL REPORTS.
   (A)   The annual report of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall be made on or before the first Monday of February and transmitted to the Mayor.
   (B)   It shall contain all proceedings under this subchapter with such statistics as the Chief of the Fire Department may wish to include therein.
   (C)   The Chief of the Fire Department shall also recommend any amendments to the subchapter which, in his or her judgment, shall be desirable.
