§ 33.065 ACCESS TO PREMISES.
   The Chief of the Fire Department, the Chief Inspector or any Assistant Inspector may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within his or her jurisdiction for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this subchapter he or she deems necessary.
