§ 33.015 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   It is hereby established that the Department of the municipal government shall be known as the Police Department and which shall consist of the following ranking officers: Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police, Captain, Lieutenant of Police, Sergeant and patrol officers.
