§ 162.376 LOT AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS.

   Every principal building erected in any “AGR” District shall conform to the applicable requirements as outlined as follows:

Maximum building height	35 ft.*
Minimum lot area	10 acres
Minimum lot depth	500 ft.
Minimum lot width	400 ft. (at established building line)
Minimum setbacks
From front lot line	25 ft.
From side lot line	25 ft.
From rear lot line	50 ft.
