§ 32.150 APPOINTMENT; PURPOSE.
   The Mayor, with the consent and approval of the City Council, shall appoint a city’s Public Utility Commission consisting of five citizens of the city, at least two of the members thereof to be members of the City Council. The purpose of the city’s Public Utility Commission shall be to receive complaints and grievances of citizens against any alleged unfair treatment, excessive charges, poor service or any other complaints against utility companies.
