§ 32.136 ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF.
   The administrative staff of the Board shall consist of a Director of Parks and Recreation, and such other employees as shall be deemed necessary. The Director of Parks and Recreation shall be a specially trained and qualified to organize and direct recreation and leisure-time activities of a public nature. Other employees shall be employed by the Board, upon recommendation of the Director of Parks and Recreation. The Director of Parks and Recreation shall be the chief administrative officer of the Board and shall be responsible for the program of the Board and for the proper discharge of their respective duties for all other employees. He or she may also serve as Secretary of the Board.
