§ 32.135 MEETINGS AND PROCEDURE.
   Special meetings of the Board shall be held on the call of the President. At the request of any two members of the Board, the President shall call a special meeting; notice of such meeting and the purpose thereof shall be given all members of the Board at least 24 hours in advance and the business transacted at such special meeting shall be limited to that contained in such notice, except when all members of the Board attend such special meeting, any business may be transacted. A quorum shall consist of a majority of the Board.
