§ 32.133 OFFICERS, DUTIES, ELECTIONS.
   The officers shall consist of a President, Vice-President and Secretary. The City Treasurer shall, by virtue of his or her office, be the Treasurer of the Board. The Secretary or Treasurer need not be a member of the Board. Two members of the Board shall serve as a standing Finance Committee. The elective officers of the Board shall be elected annually at the stated meeting of the Board in the month of May and shall serve until their successors are elected. Vacancies in the elective offices of the Board may be filled for the unexpired term at a stated or special meeting of the Board. The Board shall adopt an administrative manual with such rules, by-laws and regulations as it may deem proper for the conduct of its work.
