§ 32.098 TAX.
   (A)   In order to maintain the library and reading room, a tax not to exceed nine-tenths of a mill on the dollar may be levied annually.
   (B)   Such tax shall be levied and collected in like manner and in addition to the general rate and to be known as the Library Fund.
