The developer shall provide to the Economic Development and Planning Department an electronic copy of the preliminary plat. Further, the developer shall provide one 24-inch by 36-inch copy of the preliminary plat to the Economic Development and Planning Department with the electronic copy. Such information shall be submitted to the Economic Development and Planning Department before the preliminary plat is approved by City Council.
