(A) An application for approval of improvement plans available from the city’s Economic Development and Planning Department, together with four 24-inch by 36-inch sets of plans and 14 11- inch by 17-inch sets of plans to the Economic Development and Planning Department no later than five working days prior to the first Thursday of each month, at which time staff will review the submitted improvement plans. The Development Review Committee, on the second Thursday of each month, shall review the submitted plans with the developer and consulting engineer and shall act upon the preliminary plat. The Development Review Committee shall act in one of three ways:
(1) Recommend approval of plat and forward to Planning Commission;
(2) Recommend revisions be made and forward with revisions to the Planning Commission; or
(3) Recommend revisions be made and be submitted to the Development Review Committee for a second review.
(B) The developer shall submit four 24-inch by 36-inch sets of plans and 26 11-inch by 17-inch sets of plans to the Economic Development and Planning Department for review by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission will review the plans, and if it sees fit, forward a recommendation to the City Council.
(C) The developer shall submit two 24-inch by 36-inch sets of plans and 40 11-inch by 17-inch sets of plans to the Economic Development and Planning Department for review by the City Council.
