§ 32.073 DUTIES OF THE VICE-CHAIR.
   The Vice-Chair shall perform such duties and responsibilities as may be prescribed from time to time by the Chair. The Vice-Chair shall be a member of the executive committee and shall preside over meetings when the Chair is absent.
