515.03 PROCEDURES AND ENFORCEMENT.
   Whenever it is charged in writing and under oath by a person, referred to as the complainant, to the City Service-Safety Director, that any person, referred to as the respondent, has engaged or is engaged in the unlawful discriminatory practices, the Service-Safety Director shall forward such complaint to the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Columbus, Ohio, and request that the Commission process and proceed on such complaint pursuant to the terms of Ohio R.C. 4112.05. Any such charges shall be filed with the Service-Safety Director within five months after the alleged unlawful discriminatory practices are committed.
