351.06 SELLING, WASHING, REPAIRING, ADVERTISING OR CONDUCTING BUSINESS FROM VEHICLE UPON ROADWAY.

   (a)   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:

      (1)   Displaying such vehicle for sale;

      (2)   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.

      (3)   Advertising.

   (b)   No person shall park any vehicle on the streets and public places of the City for the manufacture or repair of shoes, clothing, furniture, metal ware, tools or other articles of personal or household use.
