There is hereby established the City of Bellefontaine Data Control Board to make recommendations to Council for automatic data processing matters and City computer system matters that require Council approval; and, that the bylaws for the Data Control Board dated April 21, 1993, on file in the office of the Service-Safety Director be, and hereby are, approved and adopted for the operation and regulation of such Board.
