Notwithstanding the other terms and conditions of Chapter 719 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Bellefontaine, Ohio, each Farmer’s Market shall be permitted by the City of Bellefontaine upon application and payment of an annual fee which are on file in the office of the Service-Safety Director. A Farmer’s Market permit is required for any outdoor sales of seasonal, non-manufactured items typically sold outdoors. Typically these sales are conducted in a parking lot from within a tent, any other temporary structure, truck, trailer or similar vehicle or structure. Any person or entity having a Farmer’s Market permit must obtain all state, county, health and other applicable permits, licenses and vendor numbers for the specific location in use.
