(a) Regulations. The Commission shall establish its own rules of organization and procedure for the conduct of its business. Such rules shall incorporate the provisions of this Chapter, and be generally in accordance with the Rules of Council and Roberts Rules of Order.
(b) Meetings. The Commission shall meet monthly, and shall give public notice of its meetings.
(c) Organization. The Commission shall organize itself at its first regularly scheduled meeting after the regular appointment of a member as prescribed. At such meeting, it shall elect a Chairperson, and other such officers as provided for in its Rules, which officers shall serve until the next expiration of the term(s) of any member(s) of Commission.
(d) Voting and Quorum. The voting members of the Commission shall be the regular members of the Commission as provided. Four regular members shall constitute a quorum of the conduct of any business to come before the Commission.
