1422.07 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.

All mechanical equipment, fireplaces and solid fuel-burning appliances shall be properly installed and maintained in a safe working condition, and shall be capable of performing their intended function. (Ord. 18-36. Passed 5-22-18.)
