1420.02 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER.

The owner of a structure shall provide and maintain plumbing facilities and plumbing fixtures in compliance with this Code. A person shall not occupy as owner-occupant, or permit another person to occupy, any structure or premises that do not comply with the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 18-36. Passed 5-22-18.)
