1416.09 PROHIBITED OCCUPANCY.

Any person who shall occupy a placarded premise or shall operate placarded equipment, and any owner or any person responsible for the premises, who shall let anyone occupy a placarded premise or operate placarded equipment, shall be subject to the penalties provided in this Code. (Ord. 18-36. Passed 5-22-18.)
