1412.02 DISPOSAL OF RUBBISH.
   (a)    Every occupant of a structure shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner by placing such rubbish in approved containers.
   (b)    The owner or occupant of every occupied premises shall supply approved covered containers for rubbish, and the owner or occupant of the premises shall be responsible for the removal of rubbish. (Ord. 18-36. Passed 5-22-18.)
