719.08 VENDING PERMITTED IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS.
   (a)   Vending shall only be permitted in districts zoned B-2 and B-3.
 
   (b)   Unless otherwise allowable, no vendor shall be permitted to sell food, goods or merchandise within 150 feet of a retail food establishment.
