All contractors, providers of services and vendors to the City of Bellefontaine who enter into contract with the City to provide services to the City shall, as part of the contractual documents entered into between themselves and the City of Bellefontaine, execute an indemnification agreement and/or hold harmless agreement agreeing to indemnify the City of Bellefontaine for their liability and to hold harmless the City of Bellefontaine from any damages arising from their negligence or liability.
