In order to minimize the economic effects of a catastrophic illness and/or injury to City employees and/or their families, there is hereby approved, authorized and adopted an Employee Leave Donation Program for the benefit of City employees whereby City employees may donate their accumulated leave time to other City employees for the purposes of relieving the adverse economic impact of a catastrophic illness or injury to a City employee, in accordance with the terms and specifications of said Employee Leave Donation Program as set forth on Exhibit “A” as attached to and incorporated herein by reference, the same as if fully rewritten herein.
