There is hereby authorized and created an employee position to be known as the “Code Enforcement Officer” and the Service-Safety Director is authorized and directed to take all necessary steps to carry-out the employment of said Code Enforcement Officer to report to the Service-Safety Director and be the designee of the Service-Safety Director for code enforcement matters.
