The certificate of registration and permit shall be valid for the calendar year in which it is issued and application shall be made for renewal annually thereafter. An annual registration fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid with the application and an annual renewal fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid with the annual renewal application.
