143.02 QUALIFICATIONS

Each applicant for a position with the Fire and Emergency Medical Service shall have been a resident and eligible voter of Logan County for at least one year next preceding his application. Eligibility for appointments as Fire Chief shall be limited to persons between the ages of twenty-four and sixty-four years.
