141.06 AUCTIONS FOR SALE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.

The Service-Safety Director and Police Chief are authorized and directed to enter into a contract with a licensed auctioneer for the sale of unclaimed property recovered by the Police Department pursuant to Ohio R.C. 737.32 and with said auctions to be on an “as needed” basis in order to dispose of said unclaimed property in a timely and orderly manner as space and storage requirements dictate.
