(a) The Bellefontaine Police Department and all members thereof are hereby authorized and directed to enforce the ordinances of the City and statutes of the State of Ohio in and upon the real property owned by the City outside the corporate boundaries of the City commonly known as the Bellefontaine Municipal Airport.
(b) This section is not intended to preclude any other law enforcement officers who may have jurisdiction over said property from enforcing State law as it may pertain to such property.
