195.15 CITY AUDITOR TO PROMULGATE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The City Auditor is hereby authorized to make rules and regulations to insure enforcement and effectuate the provisions of this chapter. The rules and regulations will be on file in the office of the City Auditor. (Ord. 10-64. Passed 12-28-10.)
