1539.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree on a first offense; and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree upon a second offense and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree upon a third offense.
